In Sterzing you live in the heart of a landscape full of passes with innumerable tour possibilities. The passes Jaufen, Penser Joch and Timmelsjoch lie just round the corner. The Dolomites are within spitting distance. Below you find some tour suggestions.

You can look after your motor bike comfortably in our lockable basement garage. Afterwards you can relax in our amply sauna area before we will pamper you with some delicacies from our kitchen. In our exclusive house bar you can review your impressive day with a classy distillate or a Scottish, Irish or American whisky from our excellent collection. Simply enjoy!

 

Tour suggestions:

2-passes-tour: Jaufenpass – Timmelsjoch

Starting point: Sterzing 948 m
Routing: Sterzing – Gasteig – Jaufenpass (2099 m) – St. Leonhard – Moos – Timmelsjoch (2483 m) – Ötztal (Sölden) – Telfes – Innsbruck – along the old Brenner road via Matrei, Steinach to the Brennerpass, then via Gossensaß back to Sterzing.

Opening hours of passes: Jaufenpaß open all year, in winter from 8 am to 6 pm, Timmelsjoch open from beginning/middle of June to beginning/middle of November from 7 am to 8 pmr

2-passes-tour: Penserjoch – Jaufenpass

Starting point: Sterzing 948 m
Routing: Sterzing – Penserjoch (2211 m) – through the Sarntal to Bozen – Meran – via the Passeiertal to St. Leonhard – Jaufenpass (2099 m) – Gasteig – Sterzing.
Length of route: 165,4 km

Opening hours of passes: Penserjoch from beginning/middle of May to beginning/middle of November, Jaufenpass open all year, in winter from 8 am to 6 pm

Dolomiten round trip

Starting point: Klausen 500 m
Routing: Klausen – Grödental – Sella (2187 m) and Pordoijoch (2248 m), over the Falzaregopass (2150 m) to Cortina d’Ampezzo, Misurinasee with view on the Drei Zinnen, Toblach, Bruneck across the Pustertal to Brixen – Klausen

Würzjoch road

Starting point: Brixen – Milland 560 m
Touring: Brixen – St. Andrä – Afers – Halsjoch – Würzjoch (2007 m) – Untermoi – junction to Gadertal. Return journey on the Gadertaler street to St. Lorenzen, then through the Pustertal back to Brixen
